Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least one week’s notice. This allows us to accommodate other clients in need of our services. Appointments canceled with less than one week’s notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Deposits & Payments

To secure your appointment or booking, we require an initial deposit or full payment, as specified for each service or package. This payment is non-refundable and will be applied toward the total cost of your services.

For your convenience, we accept various payment methods. The balance of the payment is due a week prior of your appointment or event.

In the event of cancellation, please refer to our Cancellation Policy for information on refunds or rescheduling, or you may contact us. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
